About the Author

Jolene Hart is a health coach certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, a former beauty magazine editor, and founder of the pioneering beauty and health coaching practice Beauty is Wellness (www.jolenehart.com).

After resolving her own decade-long skin issues with changes to her diet and lifestyle, she began teaching women how to harness their power to transform their energy and appearance by making small, meaningful changes to their diet and self-care. Putting beauty nutrition to practice, she cooks, bakes, ferments and blends from her kitchen in Philadelphia, PA, where she lives with her husband and son.
